Once you check in and tee it up, your golf game is in for quite a ride – one that has challenged some of the game’s best, most recently the competitors in the 2014 PGA Professional National Championship co-hosted by this esteemed venue and The Dunes Golf & Beach Club.

Several holes dramatically play into or along the Intracoastal, including:

• No. 8, a par 3 with water fronting an elevated green, and the Intracoastal lurking behind;
• Nos. 9, 10, 11 and 15, each a par 4 where the Intracoastal runs the length of either its left (9, 10 and 11) or right side (15); and
• No. 14, a dramatic par 3 featuring an elevated tee and elevated green, with water separating you and the putting surface and the Intracoastal overlooking from the right. Many a golf ball has been lost here, but even more memories and group photos gained.

After your round, you’ll enjoy a cocktail or a great bite to eat at Grande Dunes’ Mediterranean-style clubhouse. Relax in a rocking chair on the back porch, and see your fellow golfers finishing up on 18 before joining you to relive memories of an unforgettable golfing experience.
