Please Note: The questions and answers below refer to Condo-World's North Myrtle Beach properties ONLY. For questions related to our Myrtle Beach properties, please call as policies differ between resorts.

What is your office location and business hours?

We are located at 311 17th Avenue South in North Myrtle Beach, SC 29582. Our business hours are 9am-5pm Monday through Saturday.

Directions to our office:

We are located in North Myrtle Beach. Please do not confuse this with the northern end of Myrtle Beach. There are mile markers on Hwy 17 business and bypass. 17th Avenue South in North Myrtle Beach is located between mile markers 211 and 212.

Traveling from Hwy 9 exit on Hwy 17 South: travel on Hwy 17 South until you reach 17th Avenue South and turn left. Condo-World’s office is located one block from the ocean on the left.

Traveling from Hwy 501: take Hwy 22 to North Myrtle Beach and exit on to Hwy 17 North. Travel on Hwy 17 North to 17th Avenue South and turn right. Condo-World’s office is located one block from the ocean on the right.

What is your deposit and payment policy?


For golf reservations (stay & play and tee times only), we require a $100.00 deposit per golfer at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Payments can be made by calling 1-800-422-1587 or online by going to https://www.mbgolf.com/golfbooking/PackageSummary.aspx.

 What is your refund/cancellation/change policy?

All changes to a confirmed package are required to be made by the group leader listed on the confirmation only. No changes can be made at or after check-in. Any golf changes may be subject to a $25 change fee per change request.

Any changes to a confirmed package that result in the cancellation or change of any accommodation requires notice of no less than 60 days prior to the arrival date, or the cancellation policy will apply. Any Accommodation changes may be subject to a $100 change fee per unit.

There will be no refund of deposit for any changes to a confirmed package, it will be applied to the package balance. An additional deposit may apply to changes that increase the total price of the package.

Accommodations:There will be no refund on the accommodations portion of golf packages cancelled less than 60 days prior to arrival, unless the accommodations are re-rented for the same dates. Any refund on accommodations will be adjusted for re-rental of fewer nights and/or less rent amount of scheduled dates and a $100 cancellation fee will be applied per person.

Tee Times:To be eligible for a refund on the golf portion of the package, the group leader must adhere to the following course requirements for cancellation based on group size:

1-8 players: 10 days prior to first day of play
9-20 players: 14 days prior to first day of play
21+ players: 20 days prior to first day of play

All Tee Time cancellations will incur a $25 per person cancellation fee.

Rainchecks/Refunds: If it is raining on your scheduled day of play, you must take your tee ticket to the course in order to be issued a raincheck. Refunds will only be issued if the course is closed due to non-playable conditions and are based on the policies of each individual course.


Room Requests: Room requests of any kind cannot be guaranteed. We will note any requests on your reservation and will do our best to meet any requests as best that we can.

Items not included: Key deposits, breakfast and daily maid service (unless specifically included in your package).

Tee Tickets: Tee tickets are Required at all courses. You must take them to the courses with you in order to play. If you are checking in at the Condo-World office, tee tickets will be issued at check in. For all other properties, tee tickets will be emailed to you once your reservation has been paid in full.

Course Requirements: All courses require soft spikes, shirts with sleeves and collars. Cut-off shorts and denim are not permitted on the course. Carts are required at all times.

 

How do I get my tee tickets?

For stay & play packages and if you are checking in at the Condo-World office, tee tickets will be issued at check-in. You must take them to the courses with you in order to play. For all other properties and for tee time only packages, tee tickets will be emailed to you once your reservation has been paid in full.

What happens if it is raining?

If it is raining on your scheduled day of play, you must take your tee ticket to the course in order to be issued a raincheck. Refunds will only be issued if the course is closed due to non-playable conditions and are based on each course's individual policy.

How long is my golf quote valid?

All quotes are valid for 7 days and are subject to change at any time.

Do golf courses have a dress code?

Yes! All courses require shirts with sleeves and collars. Cut-off shorts and denim are not permitted on any courses. In addition, all courses require soft spikes.

Can I ship my clubs to Condo-World?

You cannot ship your clubs directly to the Condo-World office, however, we recommend using ShipSticks. Simply go to https://www.shipsticks.com/mb-golf.

How will I know if a course is aerifying?

The golf courses are responsible for noting this information in the tee time system, however, it is always subject to change. Be sure to check with our Golf Directors for the most up-to-date information on course conditions.

Are carts included with all rounds?

Yes! Carts are included with all packages. Walking/pull carts are not permitted at any courses.
