Be sure to consider these Top 5 Italian restaurants, according to TripAdvisor, on your next visit to the Grand Strand. Ciao Restaurant is the No. 1-ranked Italian eatery in Myrtle Beach. With an impressive menu featuring Italian favorites like veal marsala, chicken picatta and spaghetti calamari marinara, there is something everyone will enjoy at Ciao.

Said reviewer patrickcK1104HI, “We had dinner on Saturday at Ciao. There were eight of us. As usual, service was excellent … and the food was as good as ever. Crab stuffed mushrooms were over the top!”

Luigi’s Trattoria is the No. 2-ranked Italian restaurant. It has early bird hours from 4-6 p.m. and a wide variety of delicious entrees to choose from including baked lasagna and grouper franchese.

“Ambiance is nice. Service is good. Food is amazing. We always go there every two years when we go to Myrtle. It’s one of our favorite restaurants,” said reviewer angmatt49.

Reviewer SueMu36 weighed in, “Great service – only had to wait about 15 minutes for a table on a Friday night. Love all that’s included with your meal: bruschetta, soup, salad and bread. Linguini with clams was wonderful. Wandering accordion player was fun and made for a lighthearted atmosphere.”

At No. 4, Toscana Italian Kitchen has recently opened a new location! Open daily at 4 p.m., their menu is decadent, with dishes like lobster ravioli and crab stuffed chicken.

“Best food I’ve had in a long time,” said reviewer LG643. “The food is freshly made on-site. I had the spaghetti squash with grilled vegetables and chicken. Loved it. Came with a salad and warm bread. Valet parking. Nice, clean restaurant. Will go again.”
