Crooked Hammock Brewery A MB Golf favorite! Crooked Hammock is located in Barefoot Landing, and has quickly become a top destination for brews, food, and fun for locals and visitors alike! Owner Rich Garrahan stepped out of the corporate world to open Crooked Hammock in 2015 and has become obsessed with the world of hops and fun. The North Myrtle Beach location opened its doors in 2021 and has been described as a “beer utopia,” and we couldn’t agree more. With a 30-barrel brewing system, there are too many flagship and seasonal brews to name, so come by and grab a pint or tour of the brewing systems and have a tasting! An abundance of scrumptious, home-style grub accompanies the beer wonderfully. The vision of a backyard escape is apparent throughout, with reclaimed wood, old cars, and mismatch furniture throughout the eclectic interior. The outdoor venue is where Crooked Hammock Brewery shines the most, with the most expansive offering of seating, games, and sites amongst any restaurant in North Myrtle Beach, including a massive waterfront gazebo! New South Brewing New South Brewing is the oldest local brewery in Myrtle Beach. Tidal Creek Brewhouse Tidal Creek Brewhouse is located at The Market Common in Myrtle Beach – a popular live, work, play complex with fun community events, shops, restaurants, and parks. Tidal Creek brews both coffee and beers on-site and changes easily from a quiet coffee shop in the earlier hours to a lively, bustling beer scene out back in the beer garden. They have board games to play, indoor and outdoor seating, live entertainment, and a large aforementioned beer garden. Now open at Broadway at the Beach you’ll find Ole Smoky Distillery and Yee-Haw Brewing Company located on the lake. This is the first South Carolina location for the Tennessee-based distillery. The location includes outdoor tables with umbrellas, and indoor/outdoor bar, fire pit area, and a large stage for live music. Yee Haw and Ole Smoky offers a full food menu, beer flights, and merchandise. The rotating beers are an assortment of Hoppy, Flavorful, Clean and Crisp, with an additional hard seltzer option. They also have a full cocktail menu as well as Tanteo Tequila drinks, and James Ownsby Reserve Bourbon Whiskey cocktails.
