Reservation Policy

Attention Group Leader: It will be your responsibility to make sure that all members of your group know and adhere to all policies and where to check-in. Only a limited amount of keys will be given out for the units, so if your group is arriving at different times, we recommend that you have a meeting point for members of your party.

Office Hours: Our office hours are 9am to 5pm EST Monday - Saturday.

WE DO NOT RENT TO GROUPS OF INDIVIDUALS UNDER THE AGE OF 25, EVEN IF A LEGAL GUARDIAN OR RESPONSIBLE ADULT MAKES THE RESERVATION.

Final Payment: ALL BALANCES MUST BE PAID TO CONDO-WORLD 30 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL. We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover, Certified, Cashiers or Personal Checks. Check-in will not be permitted until package has been paid in full.

Cancellations: Package cancellations made 30 days or more prior to arrival will incur a $50.00 per person processing fee. Cancellations of packages made 29 days or less prior to arrival will incur a $100.00 per golfer cancellation fee. NO REFUNDS 72 hours or less prior to arrival. Cancellation of a golfer from a package will result in a change from a golfer fee to a non-golfer fee of $25.00 per night for the length of the stay to pay for the rent on the condo.

Room Requests: Room requests of any kind cannot be guaranteed. We will note any requests on your reservation and will do our best to meet any requests as best that we can.

Room Occupancy: Unless otherwise noted, package rates are based on 4 persons per two-bedroom condo. All condos contain a sleeper sofa, which is considered one of the beds.

Items Not Included: Breakfast (unless otherwise noted) and key deposits.

Tee Tickets: Tee tickets are Required at all courses and will be issued at check-in. You must take them to the courses with you in order to play.

Course Requirements: All courses require soft spikes, shirts with sleeves and collars. Cut-off shorts and denim are not permitted on any course.

Carts: Carts are required at all courses.

Changes: Reservation or tee time changes can only be made by the Group Leader. There is a $10.00 charge per golfer to make any changes to this package.
NO COURSE OR TEE TIME CHANGES WILL BE MADE AT OR AFTER CHECK-IN. Any changes made directly by you through the courses are not permitted, in the case that this happens you will be liable for any additional charges that the courses bill to Condo-World.

Rain Outs: Rain-outs are handled by the courses as Rain Checks towards future play. There are no cash refunds given for Rain.
