Myrtle Beach Resort is a 20 year old Myrtle Beach Condo property on the south end of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
This Resort property is not what one would commonly think of when the word Resort comes to mind. There are no luxury resort shops on site and, with the exception of some run down tennis courts, the property largely lacks the features associated with a "Resort Hotel".
Built in the 1980s, Myrtle Beach Resort condos are largely 2 bedroom, 2 bath. These condos are largely dated with interiors that are very inconsistent. From the exterior back side of this property, the area does look depressed and is in need of an overhaul.
We rate Myrtle Beach Resort as a POOR buy for your family's Myrtle Beach Vacation dollar. With the Sea Mist Resort being completely redesigned in 2008, we suggest this as a much superior Resort Concept. Until then, we suggest Barefoot Resort in Myrtle Beach as true Resort concept with a beachfront shuttle service.
