Elegant but comfortable, this is the perfect place to have an island vacation. Being just 1 mile from the beach, 1/2 block to the Intra-Coastal Waterway, and only minutes to the boat ramps, fishing piers and golf courses makes this a great location from which to enjoy all that Oak Island has to offer.
The large living room reflects the owner's artistic nature. In addition to a sofa and love seat there are comfortable wicker chairs. There is an entertainment armoire with a 32'' cable TV, DVD/CD player, and a tape deck. The owner has left music tapes, DVD's & VHS tapes for you to enjoy.
In the trunk by the sofa you will find many board games, cards, and puzzles making this a great place to relax and have fun!
Three comfortable bedrooms easily accommodate a family or group of 4 golfers. The spacious Master bedroom has its own bathroom with shower. In addition to a king size bed and large dresser the room also has an entertainment armoire with a 27'' cable TV with a VCR and DVD player.
The other 2 bedrooms share a large bath with a tub/shower. One room has a queen bed, writing desk and a comfortable reading corner with a wicker rocking chair. The twin bedroom is perfect for anyone requiring separate beds.
Outside there are several large oak and pine trees that provide ample shade for the covered porch as well as the entire house.
