A Place at the Beach was a Myrtle Beach Resort development concept of the early 1980s. These Oceanfront Myrtle Beach Condos were built in several locations including North Myrtle Beach and on shore drive in the unincorporated areas between Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach. These Myrtle Beach vacation properties are largely dated now and are in need of repairs. Because each unit is individually owned, it is hard to get uniformity in remodeling on each Myrtle Beach resort property.
